Oceans

Besides the land territories (Balenos, Serendia, Calpheon, Mediah, Valencia, Kamasylvia, Drieghan and O'dyllita) the world of Black Desert offers a large waterworld to explore. This includes the islands of the world as well as the oceans themselves.

Travel between the islands and continents is possible via private boats or ships or public ones on a schedule.

Trade ships can move items for the player for a fee as part of the warehouse transport system.

Pirates roam the oceans and can cause havoc the same way thieves do on land when one is moving trade goods.
